Fleece and towels

What a difference!

Maybe it's the bigger cage but they are a lot less smelly on fleece and towels than they were on vet bed.

Plus it's easier to clean.

I wish I had started with it.

Try the fleece on top of the vet bed, ours love it.

It amazes me how we can all use the same things and get such different results! I switched from fleece to vetbed and have seen no change in upkeep, odour, boys' dryness, nothing really.

I only switched because I wanted a more "cushy" surface for them. The bottom of their hutch is open onto tile floor and the 2nd story is a wood floor so I thought the surface hardness can't be very comfortable.
