Fleece and poo

Hi,
I’m finding that poo is crumbling into my guinea pigs fleece making it a pain to clean, i clean 3x a day and still deal with loads of crumbling. Anyone else relate and does anyone have any tips? Thanks

I usually fold my fleece up poop and all and shake it on the garden. I do find poop crumbles if I try to brush it up into a dust pan.
