Hello,

I have recently set up a 2x5 C&C cage for my two boys, but am currently using a fleece blanket as a lining which doesn't fit perfectly and is quite difficult to tuck under all sides.

I was wondering if anybody could recommend where I could buy a fitted fleecy liner?

Thanks in advance!

Thank you both!

I can't seem to see any sheets on the guinea pig pals one - are you able to link me to it directly?

And with those sheets you don't have any problems with the piggies trying to burrow under? I was wondering if there were any sheets that went up and over the edge of the correx and tucked under that way?

Ahh inbox her on FB :) I'm surprised she's not put them on her site yet!

No I have 10 guineas non burrow under liners.

My liners are like this btw, never had any problem with burrowing. The star fleece is something we put on to stop naughty Storm from chewing the correx lol.

ahh v cute piggies! And is the red star sheet attached to the back wall a separate piece of material - to prevent chewing?

With regards to your fleece blanket, can you not cover it over the correx walls with pegs or binders? :)

Hi Chief Guinea Pig- yes I could but it's a bit awkward and doesn't quite fit over both far ends so I thought If I was going to purchase a new sheet it might as well be one that fits as well as possible - and also mine is only single layered so a double more absorbent one would be better!

Will do that in the meantime though thank you for the suggestion :)

thank you @Kerrie74 generally if you have enough hideys and toys your pigs shouldn't need to want to burrow under the fleece. and if in doubt I just used heavier weighted toys like food bowls and hideys near the edges to hold the fleece down at the edges but I have never known a guinea pig try to burrow under a cage liner. I always leave an unfleeced area in my cage where I can stack a nice pile of hay and let my pigs do their natural burrowing and other foraging instincts in the hay pile.
