New Born Pup
Mono and Multi have had their first ever snowfall! They're indoor pigs, so happily tucked away in the warm, but we brought in a bit of snow so they could experience it for a minute. Both were cautious at first, but after getting a whiff of it, decided they could stand being near it. Both gave it a good sniff, and Multi attempted to nibble at it, before her nose touched it and she decided it was far too cold to be worth a taste.
(We had the snow from a clean spot, where nothing had peed on it, and it was by them for about a minute at best. I kept an eye on them to make sure they didn't do something foolish. Afterwards, the snowball was chucked onto the driveway, and the guinea pigs placed in their hay tray (always a favourite place to sit) and fed lettuce)
