Finally tame after 2 years !

My boys Rumple and Jasper are age 2 and have finally become tame ! It's like a magic wand has been waved ! They have been treated no differently. It was the same with my previous boars ......shy and jittery until age 2 then its like they've "grown up".I assume that must be them through their guinea teenage years ! Anyone else experienced this not so terrible twos ? Cheers

I wish i could say I've experienced this, I've got a very feisty 2 1/2 year old who shows no signs of "growing up" yet. My older girls get quite fed up with her sometimes.

Lol - it has been bizarre how they have changed ! I thought they would never be as tame as my first pair of boars so I'm very happy ! Hopefully they'll not change back ! Lol

I have 4 girls,: Rosie (7), Esme (3), Ruby (21 months) and Tia (16 months) the latter three are all rescues so ages are based upon rescue estimations of their ages.
Rosie and Esme are both completely tame, Rosie hates being picked up and makes a huge fuss kicking her legs everywhere- but I think this is mainly due to her having poor eyesight now.
Ruby is coming round to be handled but is still startled by sudden movements and noises and little Tia is still very nervy, and is startled very easily she tolerates cuddles but I wouldn't say she enjoys them. Although actually we have recently turned a bit of a corner with Tia, as she is now happy to come over for food and be stroked whilst in the hutch. We have had Rosie since a baby, and the other 3 since May last year
