Had this cute Olaf fleece for a while and today I made sure I made some new liners. I used a mattress protector, as the absorbant layer 20160820_173612.webp for these, first time i have used one so hoping it holds up ok ...

Are cage liners easy to make?
I keep thinking about trying but I don't own a sewing machine, I keep thinking about buying one but don't know if it would be worth buying one just for cage liners especially if they end up being difficult to make

I find them really easy to make.. hardest part for me if the cutting out and pinning ! My table is too low so get back ache ! There are some tutorials online You Tube which shows you what to do.. i sew lots so already had a machine.. they might not be perfect but cheaper..

They look great! I tried to make one but it was 1cm short and wonky :flag: I ordered from ziggys in the end :D

Oh no I'm singing so you wanna build a snowman now........
Xx
I am a bit of a rubbish measurer.... these are smaller ones as the ones that fit the whole cage take too long ! Made 2 and it took me hours.. do decided to make half size ones this time.. a lot quicker !

Mine took 3 hours and 200 grey hairs :lol!:

I don't mind making pee pads but I think that's as far as my sewing skills will allow
