I have 2 girl 👧 guinea pigs. One is probably around 5 her name is pumpkin pie and the other one is less than a year old and her name is Sundae. When they were fighting over dominance Pumpkin would like hit her with her nose and Sundae would squeak at the top of her lungs 🫁. Was it hurting her and did any other guinea pigs do that ?

This isn’t fighting, it’s dominance. Nothing to be concerned about. Loud squealing is submission squealing - she is saying she accepts her position in the hierarchy

She just sounds as if she is asserting her dominance. Sometimes the dominant can feel the need to do it for a while even after the other has submitted. The odd occasion of dominance is always going to be seen and shouldn’t cause alarm. It’s only if things become relentless and there are signs of bullying (which aren’t always as easy to see in sows) then it can be a problem but I don’t think that is what you are describing here.
