Hello,
I have 3 girls who have been together for over a month now. Since being together they have shown normal dominant behavior. Head rasing, rumbling and following eachothers bum. Latley it has gotten pretty extreme.
It's like they have all gone on heat at once and are crazy! They will chase eachother and hump CONSTANTLY! One will be sleeping and another one will pounce and force a sharp squeek. They are popcorning around and flipping out like they are on something.
They have plenty of room and when I put them outside in there huge play pen they do the same.
I woke up one morning and one of them had a chunk of shin taken out just under her eye and it looks pretty bad. This has NEVER happened before. I REALLY don't want to seperate them and leave one on their own and I don't have room to get 4 and keep them I 2s.
Is this behavior because they are new friends? Or will it continue to be bad....?

This may happen sometimes.
How old might your girls be? If they are 4-14 months (pretty sure that is the number.. somewhere around there) then they are probably in heat. This will most likely continue until a dominant pig is clearly established, and even then it might not stop.
Keep a special eye on all of them, and separate them if it gets really aggressive, then try re-introducing after a few weeks.
As for the piggy with the missing (shin? Was that a typo?) make sure it isn't bleeding, and watch her more closely than the rest.

They are under 14 months so I'm hoping it's an age thing. I'm going to keep a really close eye and do what I can to help them out. I just found out that they didn't have a fight. The missing skin under her eye is from a fungal infection that has all of a sudden popped up and she has ripped open. It's pretty nasty. I'm treating it now but I'm just in shock. They otherwise have
Beautiful clear skin. I have

I'm glad you found out what that was! Hope she gets better soon. You may want to check your other piggies, just in case they caught the fungal.
