Dears,
My guinea pig has some sludge in her bladder and the vet told us to feed vegetables with low oxolate and high water content as a preventive.

The vet suggested daily feeding:
pepper
Romaine lettuce
Cucumber
celery (maximum 1/1,5 stick of celery for two pigs/day)
Fennel

Are fennel and celery a good choice? Do you have any suggestions to improve the situation?

Celery stalk is low oxalate but the leaves are not low.
Encouraging plenty of fluid intake to keep the bladder flushing through is a good thing.

Pellets and drinking water are the biggest contributors to bladder issues. Make sure the pellets you feed are kept limited to one tablespoon and that water is filtered.

Yes, I use only bottled water 😊
