Feeding my 4 piggies

Hi, please could I have some advice, is this to much vegetables for 4 guinea pigs please every night. I'm worried that I'm giving them to much, they have pellets in the morning and fresh hay through our the day.

A slice of cucumber, a lettuce leaf, 1-2 sprigs of coriander and a slice of pepper is the portion for one piggy. I’m not sure if that’s what you’re giving as it’s been cut up.

Be careful with the tomatoes as the acidity can cause mouth sores. I wouldn’t give that every day, more an occasional treat and maybe half a tomato.

If you start seeing soft/misshapen poos then it's a bit too much. If their poos are neat and firm then it's fine. It doesn't seem like an excessive amount to me, just looking at it.

Pig dad in our house sometimes gets carried away spoiling his squidgy boys and gives them a bit too much, then we have to cut back for a bit. It does no permanent harm, so don't worry about it overly.
