Feather in the Hay?

I found a turkey/big bird feather in my guinea pig's hay, and I was wondering if it was still safe to feed them? I won't be able to contact anybody until Monday, so I am concerned that they'll get sick from it.

I think it should be fine. The only danger I could imagine a feather in the hay could pose, is if it introduced mites from an infected bird into the hay and then onto the piggies. But I don't think that's likely.
