Favourite Pudding

Just wondered what everyone's favourite pudding was?

We visited a friend today who has moved back to Birmingham and she cooked us lunch afterwards everyone had Trifle's while I had a Jelly (I am Lactose intolerant) but I was thinking if I could have one pudding what would it be - I think it would be Bread & Butter pudding.

Also, I love jelly...who wouldn't turn down a bit of jelly....trifle is basically jelly...just with cream and fruit...and sprinkles if your lucky. Jelly is my childhood. (not that I was only fed jelly as a child..I ate other things too..just to clear that up)

Lemon...always lemon.
I once did a strawberry lemon raspberry jelly once, although...it kinda went into one a bit. I forgot the mixture is hot....so putting it onto cold jelly...well...the outcome is obvious, a jelly mess.
