midnight

Our two girls, Vanilla and Peanut, are sisters and have always got along. Their pecking order has always been changing, at first Vanilla was boss and then Peanut got bigger and became boss. I think Vanilla tried to take that back today.

They were both out for a run and Vanilla pushed past Peanut, quite fast, and Peanut turned around and told her off. Next thing we knew they were both face to face chattering teeth and heckles up, i clapped my hands and they ran away from each other. They continued chattering and squeaking loudly at one another, then came back together and flew at each other. I quickly stepped in and broke it up, picked Peanut up and took her away so they could both calm down.

10mins later i put her back and all was calm again and there's been no more argueing or chattering so think it's all ok now ;D
It's just strange that they have never fallen out that bad before 98)

I think pigs do just have occasional fall outs and then they make friends again. My boys have times where they chatter and head lift at each other, and then 5 minutes later they are grooming each other or snuggling.

Unless there's serious fighting i wouldn't worry about it

It just concerned me a bit, ive not seen them go at each other like that before, they have always been best of friends. But pleased to say they are settled down now and no further problems O0
