I posted a few days ago about my boys having a spat. They have teeth chatted on and off for a few days but today they have had a big fall out. They were charging at each other and I noticed Bowie with a nip on his little lip :(
I'm not sure what to do for the best as they do get along normally.
Do I separate?

I'm no expert on boars but my view on any pairing is that once they've had a big fall out and drawn blood it's time to call it a day and separate them. Sorry if that's not what you wanted to hear

You are seriously on the line now. As it is not a serious bit, just a swipe wound, you can give it one last try. Separate, let them cool down overnight and try a re-introduction on neutral ground tomorrow after a buddy bath to remove the excess testosterone stink. How the re-intro goes will tell you whether they are still willing to be together or not.

Thank you. I have separated them for a cool down. I really hope we can get them to bond again.
