Facing The Corner While Sleeping?

Cocoa has always slept in the corner, on his pillow, but he doesn't usually face it. He's not acting weird, sleeping when he usually does, at around 1:00 in the afternoon, half-sleeping till 2:30. Is this normal behaviour? Is he just sleeping like that for a change? Here's a picture. He always sleeps in that position, facing the cage. I'm probably being very overcatious, but please tell me, is this normal? He's a lone piggy and hasn't had any problems with that. He used to have a friend, but he passed he is overly aggressive to other pigs.

Guinea pigs are crepuscular - i.e. most active at dawn and dusk; they are awake off and on during the day, but tend to browse quietly.

Your boy has simply found a new way of snuggling up. Some piggies just love to wedge themselves into a nook and sleep in the strangest (and rather uncomfortable) positions.

The kind of facing the corner/wall that you need to worry about is connected with a very ill/dying or an acutely pining newly bereaved guinea pig. Neither of them are interested in any interaction or food whatsover - you can't miss the difference!

Oh, thanks! He certainly seems comfy hehe. He's definitely interested in food, as usual lol. He doesn't wanna be cuddled, but that's just him being him. Thank you for replying so fast!
