Hi all just wondering if you have used fabric tunnels for piggies. Currently use the carborad ones from Pets at home.

But they get dirty quickly and thrown out quickly.

Where do you buy yours from?

Ughh is it just me or is half of them websites not taking orders or are really awkward to find prices

If your still looking for a fabric Tunnel, I'm still taking orders at the moment  although I will be closing the 'Design your own' options shortly until the New Year - Tunnels are £8 each if you want to take a look.

My piggies love @cavy-couture tunnels, I just ordered another 4 because in the cold weather my skinny pig girl fills one with pee and poops every night and needs a clean one the next day! The fleecy lining does wick brilliantly, they are still dry inside when the outside layer is soaked with pee :)

I saw you were spoiling your herd again :D It seems to be Tunnel season, There's more of them on my sewing list than anything else at the moment

Do you do lap pads? What size are they and is there an absorbent layer? I currently use towels and newspaper under it on the sofa whenever we put the piggies there.

Mine love theirs! I got my tunnel as well as a number of fleece caves (ideal for slipping a microwaveable snugglesafe underneath in winter) from Pawsup (who have close ties to April Lodge Guinea Pig Rescue) in the UK.

Here is their tunnel, which comes with two pads:
There are also several rescues in the US that sell cosies countrywide to help support their rescue, like The Guinea Pig Slave rescue in Arizona.
The Guinea Pig Slave Rescue and Shop

I prefer to buy my stuff from places that support rescue and that help piggies in need, so I am not only spoiling my own piggies but I also help saving lives!

Hi, Yes I do make lap blankets, they don't have an absorbent layer but do have a waterproof one sewn inside - they are 50cms x 50cms (20 inches)square
