I bought F10 spray and I've used it for the first time tonight on everything in the cage due to the piggies having suspected ring worm. They have a plastic house and a guinea pig cottage which is made out of wood- i have sprayed the wood and really rinsed it. Will this be enough? Thank you for any advice!

Unless you have the concentrate to literally dunk your hideys, I would repeat this at least once or twice again; the last time at the end, so you can be sure that no spores are lurking that could cause a re-infection.

I just have the spray, i have been given exactly the same advice as you've given me- thank you! I've washed EVERYTHING and rinsed it all really well took me an hour ahah! they started their treatment today :)

Disinfecting is tedious work, but it is worth doing it properly.

If you think it's tough, just spare a thought - I had ringworm carried in when I had 16 piggies! It was simply a logistical nightmare with getting all the bedding and dipping towels for so many piggies washed at high temperatures on top of disinfecting everything non-washable at least twice! :yikes:

16!! i hope they all didn't get it! i have it easy! i moan no more! wow! it definitely is worth doing it properly, thank you so much for all your advice again!
