Eye infection?

Of course when one stops being sick another one has something up.

My oldest boy he's turning 3. I've noticed that he keeps losing hair around his eyes and has discharge. I know white discharge is normal but this is constant and it gets crusty I have to clean his eyes everyday otherwise it gets very bad.

Could this be a sign of a eye infection or something?
 
It would be best to see a vet to find out what is going on.

I hope he is ok
