Eye bleeding internally.

My guinea pig Leo has got a little bit of blood in his eye. He has got cataracts in both eyes. His first one formed in December time and the other eye got one around April this year. He formed the blood in his eye around the time his 2nd cataract arrived. It doesn't seem to bother him and he is showing no other symptoms. The bleeding eye's cataract has also seemed to shrink? I just want to know if it's anything I should worry about. I put 2 photos up. Thanks

Please see a vet promptly with any eye bleed whatsoever to make sure that it is not something serious, which it can be.
