Just a large cage! Room for them to all hide, run, and forage for food. Don’t give them any wheels are balls, those can really hurt your piggies.

If you can give them floor time that is good. Also provide enrichment for them. And as big a cage as possible.

A puppy run you can easily set up and fold away will do the trick for indoors exercise. A rabbit run for outdoors.
I would not recommend to let piggies roam free indoors any rented accommodation; some can develop a taste for wallpaper and do significant damage, any cables and any plastic within reach and they will find every hole in the wall and every nook and cranny before you where it can be extremely difficult to get them out of again. If you do, you will have to learn quickly to piggy-proof your house.
