I'm so excited. My and the oh are going to buy our house, we just have to look into the mortgage side of it, which we are going to do next week hopefully.

And here's the best bit, our house is going to be called:

Wheekers retreat

I'm going to get a little house sign made!
And it was the oh's idea!

Thanks everyone, I've been renting it for 7 years now, so will be nice to actually own it, I've had lots of ideas on improvements over the years, but obviously couldn't do them as it's not my house, we are finally in more of a position to buy now, ive spent the last year going mad and paying off my credit and store cards and getting my credit rating to the highest level.I'm definitely beginning to see the benefits now!

Good luck! We did this recently (well, June!) and it was easier than we thought! We went to HSBC in Stratford - while away on a break - and they made it sooooooo easy for us. Everything was step by step and clear.
