Bleugh I feel like I'm gunna faint lol. Just been playing with Charlie in the (dry) bath and I started feeling really weird. I couldn't see anything and what I could see was really blurry. I sat down on the floor because I knew I was going to fall, when I was sat down I still fell to the floor anyway ::). Next thing I knew mum had came in asking me if I was okay. eughh. I've got a really bad headache now and feel like crap :( I'm dying haha.

Just thought I'd share my wonderful experience with you all ::) This has happened before too (when we were making potato wedges! :P) but not as bad.

Janeeee :-\

When i had my 'pre assessment' for the police i almost fainted. There was prob about 30 people in the room, i was standing near the back of the room. My head started to feel 'thick', which it has done before. I just sit down usually to steady myself. Not being able to sit down i stayed where i was, then my eyesight started going funny, then something that hadn't happened before, my hearing went totally weird. My legs were feeling like jelly so i wobbled out the room and the sgt followed me out and i went for a breath of fresh air. Felt fine afterwards. We are odd creatures. Al least i didn't faint infront of anyone! I'd've been mortified! ;D ;D ;D ;D

Lol yup we are weird. Still got a headache and a bit dizzy though eugh.

has happened to me too! horrible, isn't it? happened to me when i was living in italy. i queued 3 hours for my residence permit and then right at the front of the queue I nearly keeled right over. people got me a chair and water - how embarassing! probably thought i was trying to jump the queue

also had it in the shower which is reeeeally bad because i was scared someone would find me naked :D

I would get yourself checked up at the doctors Jane to be cautious. Get well soon!

I do know the feeling though, everything starts going dotty....very scary.

Sounds like you've got a migraine. Unfortunately I've been plagued with these since forever, am now on beta blockers which are brill. I passed out once, very briefly when I was dishing up dog's dinner (the smell!). They seem to take different forms, mine I get a really stinking headache but some people get flashing lights, passing out etc. Mine come on if I'm tired, hot, used to be alcohol but I'm OK with that now :)

If it happens again and you don't normally get migraines then like the others say, get a check up.

Take care.

Ooh, i didn't know that!

Piggybaker, i've joined the specials.
Hopefully in 2 odd years time i will join the regs! Cant wait! :)

Thats even more fun than the regs no paper work loads of fun, and a bundle every sat night, and the chance to be man handled by the VERY fit officer safty training instuctors (i did it wrong on purpose just to get close) ;D ;D ;D

where are you a special..

Emma

I agree with Jillybean, it sounds like a migraine to me too. I've had them all my life - right back from when I was about three or four. They affect people differently and also you can have one or two and never have another one or else have them repeatedly but all slightly different. You really should see your GP cos there are loads of different drugs nowadays or you might be able to find what your triggers are and avoid them.

I'm ok now.. was puking all last night though. Think I puked more than I ate ::)

Thanks everyone.. my mum said it sounded like a migraine too, so I guess that's what it was?

I panic :-\ and yes I cry :-\

I panic too.. think one of the main reasons I panic though is because like I'm trying to puke but no more comes up and then I can't breath and ahhh :P I'm fine now though thankfully ;)
