enlarged nipple!

Hey! So i’m a first time guinea pig owner. My female guinea pig is almost three and she has an enlarged nipple. It looks more like a guinea pig poop but i’ve been researching and it’s said it’s possibly ovarian cysts. But both of her nipples aren’t swollen, one is more crusty at the tip which i think is normal for her. The other is large swollen and looks like a poop. I just want to be prepared before I go to a vet because I know if i call they’ll just want to see her. I have a busy schedule until after 4:30ish so I don’t think taking her tomorrow is an option. Please let me know! I’m very worried

It’s not urgent but I would book her in with the vet this week for a check. Take her friend along when you get her an appointment.

I wouldn't like to play a guessing game but if she is otherwise eating, drinking, peeing and pooping normally and not losing weight then its not a life or death emergency and can wait a day or two but its definitely always beneficial to get her seen as soon as possible

I agree with the other posts. Best to get it checked by a vet but this is not a crashing emergency and can wait a day or 2 for vet review.
