Enjoying the rain..

we got told we were going to have a full on weekend of rain...well so far NOT :tickedoff:
It rained a little last night for us, this in metropolitan Melbourne 25 klms out.
But for the past 1/2 hour it's been a nice light rain and on the weather map i can see more coming O0
I'm going to love this and i'm sure all our farmers will appreciate it so much, gosh we need it our crops have been awful. Meat and veggie prices have gone way way up : but i would never blame the farmer for that

Have you had a drought in the UK? recently? I'm ignorant i will admit this :embarassed:

It's been really hot here in the UK for weeks which is really unusual,I live in Wales and have only had rain for 2 days since the beginning of April,where as April is usually really wet

last year we had hosepipe bans due to low water levels in the resevoirs, its getting hotter and longer now a days, last year was so hot it killed off a lot of animals inc my dog Charlie maxs brother the vet a nd the animals crematorium both said they were inandated with animals dying through the heat, so am now worrying and hoping this year will be cooler as Max is 14 and half and I dont think I could stand my home with no dog, I've never been without a dog in my whole life

We have recently had some rain over here I LOVE Winter! Ooh actually I can hear the rain now! ;D absolutley loving it!
If it werent 4am in the morning I would go outside and stand in the rain ;D
