As some of you may know, I am having huge problems with Eliza and I need to stop her from scratching at a wound as this is making things worse.

I have already tried Eliza with an Elizabethan collar, the smallest I could find but she manages to wriggle free from it. I have tried a fabric one which was unless and a small plastic cat / kitten one that fastens with Velcro with little success.

I have been advised from a member that there is another member who is part of this forum and another forum who has made a collar suitable for guinea pigs and had huge success with it. The member who told me can not remember who it was.

I know this is a bit of a long shot but I am wondering who this person is, if anyone knows who this person is and if they or anyone else can help me please?

I have a collar for my pigs tiny and stapled smaller than its meant to go it wiggles over their heads and then is tied in with string I only used it when I was asleep with Peppa so when I wasn't able to supervise him he couldn't open his wound :)

I also have a rabbit wearing a mans sock right now to keep her off her wounds ... house of oddbods

That could work. How far would I need to cut it down do you think like would it need to come down below her eyes so she could see? Eliza only has one eye, this is what the problem is. She had an eye removed but after catching an infection, we had to leave the socket open. It healed up nicely but she now keeps scratching at the new tissue and making it bleed

Ahh sorry to hear your having problems I hope the problem goes away soon x

A bit cheeky I know but is there any chance I could borrow it or could you give me step by step instructions on now to make one?

My vet made it :) and if I could find it you'd be welcome to have it for postage but I have literally no idea where it is

I'm cleaning out tomorrow so the place will be a ahem "mess" to put it politely ill have a nosy in the animal stuff storage boxes :)
