Hi,

That Eglu will be like an oven in the summer being plastic. It doesn't look that big either. Here is a link to minimum cage sizes.

I think it’s fine as a run, as long as the plastic bit is shaded, but certainly not as a perminant Home. The hutch bit is too small and so dark! On yucky days they’d be cooped up in the dark - in winter they’d barely get out at all. It looks difficult to interact with them too, as you can’t see them half the time and having to open the whole back end to get to them, seems a massive escape risk to me. Also it’s hugely expensive for what it is! You could get much better value hutches and runs which give them more space and allow you to interact more easily
