Hey guys! It's us again! So...lately Edwin has been having some skin issues and I just don't understand why. I've corrected his diet to Timothy hay and he gets plenty of water...also I put organic coconut oil on him and damp it off as so his pores don't get clogged...but it's not HELPINGGGG. Can skinny pigs have organic shea butter? I'm asking because I can't use coconut oil on my skin because it dies it out...but raw Shae does the trick...? He doesn't have fungus or mites.

What skin issues is he having?
Ultimately though, having him seen by a vet would be best to ascertain what is going on with his skin.
I'm also going to tag another H&I expert who may be able to help with him being a skinny @PigglePuggle

Skinny pigs do not need oiling or moisturising, and if you have been applying oil then wiping it off you will have removed all his natural skin oils that keep skin healthy. Just leaving his skin alone, to allow it to restore the natural balance of things, is likely to be the best course of action, if the vet has ruled out any medical issues.
