Eating!

Love the pictures! However, as said above putting them together could cause stress and a fight.

Do you have nail clippers? When the nails curl like that you should look to clip them. I just clipped my boys nails and the black nails are definitely hard than the clear. Good luck!

Yes but i cut the quick once and ive filed from then in because i dont want to hurt them! Are there any tips you have for black nails?

I’m not the expert here on clipping but I generally have a really bright light next to me shining on them. The quick is hard to see so I generally do not go as short on the black nails.
Sorry I’m not more help :(

I would take off a little bit and then you can trim some more the next week. I think with time you learn to judge how much you can trim. You can also use the bright light though it didn’t work for me. But simply because Trimming piggy nails is a one-person job in this house.

My piggies are all black nailed except one (I have four). And one of the boys’ front nails don’t seem to grow much at all.

Ok. Thanks! :D

My top tip for black nails and not cutting the quick, is taking off a TINY amount, but fairly regularly.
With you having two piggies, that approach should be quite manageable.
