Hi, just wanted to share this! I went shopping in Cabot circus today and wanted to go into fabric land and see if they had any suitable fleece for my cage liners. I was picking some out and I needed 3metres at £5 a metre so to be honest a fairly good price, then I was just browsing and I saw a basket where they put the off cuts and they had the same material that I had chosen for my piggies. It was massive pieces and I don't know how they could call them off cuts! They were £2 each so I bought all thre which only cost me £6 instead of £15 so I saved £9! Now all you need is some cheap mattress protectors and the rest is easy, simply place your nice fabric face down onto a flat surface and then lay your mattress protector on top. Leave about 5cm of your material around each edge and trim to size. Then lay another piece of fabric ( it can be boring because you won't see it ) ontop of the matress protector and leave 5cm again and trim to size, then tuck in the two fleece material(I'll upload a photo) then simply using a sewing machine, see all the way round or use bond web and iron it on a wet tea towel!
