Earwigs in Hay

My guinea pigs have earwigs all over the hay, should I still give it to them? are earwigs harmful to them?

I would throw it away. If you have an infestation of earwigs you need to be very thorough on your cage/hutch cleaning to make sure you eradicate them completely. I had an earwig infestation in the hutch a few years ago. Every week on clean out day, after I had taken out all the soiled material, I hoovered out the hutch.
Earwig eggs look like tiny black dots and you must get rid of every single one. They will be everywhere so make sure you get every nook and cranny. The only thing I found that killed the eggs (and was safe for piggies) was F10 which I sprayed around liberally after I had hoovered. It took about 6 weeks of cleaning this way to get rid of the earwigs. Good luck.

I agree with @Betsy
You will need to be very vigilant to get rid of the earwigs and you should start asap.
They breed quickly and can quickly become overwhelming.
Throw away all the hay and start with everything fresh.
