Ears!

One of my gorgeous boys has very dry skin on one of his ears, is there a special cream I could use to help this? What would anyone recommend using

I use vaseline on my boys ears.

I went to the vets a few months ago with the same problem, he said to apply a little sudocream (I'm not sure about the spelling) twice a day. However you have to keep them away from hay and bedding until its soaked in otherwise it gets stuck to the poor little piggies ears.
