Ear drop help

We took Pumpkin to the vet yesterday for his bite wounds, and they found an ear infection. (The actual wounds are healing well). We have to administer ear drops into both ears twice a day for a week. Pumpkin is generally a very tolerant piggy, but he cannot stand these ear drops. He always moves around and shakes his ears when I try to put them in. Any suggestions on how to make this easier for the both of us?

Could you wrap him up like a sausage so you can hold him still perhaps?

It’s not only that, he twitches his face so the ear drop goes in the wrong spot.
