Dug out some oldies of sky and pip

These i had to take a photo of my tv screen because they are on my ps3. This is where it all started for me with guinea pigs. These two boars who lived to 6 and 7 and View attachment 99656View attachment 99657View attachment 99658View attachment 99659View attachment 99660View attachment 99661View attachment 99662View attachment 99663are the reason i love guinea pigs.

Unfortunatly these two didnt get along, but lived as neighbours. I didnt know about trying a bigger cage back then. Wish i could turn back time really.
 
Aw handsome boars... sometime I might try dig out my old photos of the piggies I had as a kid but I'd have to scan them in as they are from over 30 years ago when photos were on film and computer games were on a cassette tape that took half an hour to load lol!

Was it an atari or omega 500 by any chance?
 
Excuse pips eye gunk, he had a problem with uri's and a case of pneumonia at one point. But survived it all. Including near gastric torsion. He was a problem pig but some.how battled through

My parents got divorced that year and my dad tried buy me stuff to make up for it, I had no clue what to do with a computer because you had to type in 30 lines of code from a book to change the screen colour lol :)
My friend had a Spectrum and we played the "Miner Willy" game but the Commodore was more like a Linux OS is today... not very user friendly for an 9 year old computer novice. Yes, 9 year olds couldnt use computers in those days... we didnt even have colour TV then!
 
I had a colour t.v but without a remote. You had to get up and change the channel. Or use a snooker cue. Had 4 channels and was lucky if i got the aerial to get a good picture. I lol at 30 lines of code to change the screen colour, but back then it would have been amazing
