after a bit of reassurance please

so we bathed and treated the girls this evening with coconut and neem melt / shampoo combo in hopes it’ll help their flakey, aggravated skin they are experiencing at the moment. we finished around 7pm, dried the girls off as much as we could (towel) and put them back in their cage, not totally dry as it was a rather stressful experience for them, but definitely not sopping wet. was this okay to do i am concerned we should have persisted with the drying? i made sure the room is 21/22 degrees so nice and warm, they have obviously dried off a bit since 7 but fur is still wavy and they definitely aren’t completely dry yet. I'm concerned, could i have made them ill?😢
