Dry skin on side of front paws

Hello everyone,
Yesterday I noticed one of my girls lou has what looks like dry skin around where the bald patch is on their front paws. It also looks like she might be losing a bit of fur on the paw and she has little blackish brown scab like patches around the area.

Any ideas as to what this might be would be greatly appreciated,

I’m afraid we could only guess which wouldn’t be helpful (particularly as we can’t see it).
A hands on vet check would be a good idea.

I brought her to the vet yesterday and they said there was no sign of ringworm but it doesn't always show up on guinea pigs. I did manage to get a picture but its not great.

It looks like it might be sore?
Did they say what they thought it might be? Did they prescribe anything or give you any idea how to deal with it?

They just said to keep an eye on it and if it gets any worse or doesn't improve soon to bring her back.she is still eating and drinking normally but today I noticed sometimes she holds up one of her paws for a few seconds like she would be in pain.

I would have her seen by the vet again. It looks sore and if she’s holding her paw up, that would indicate pain in the area x

Today I got a picture of the bottom of her feet. Do you think it could be early bumblefoot?

Bumblefoot is open sores, red wounds on the foot pads. I can’t personally see anything like that on this picture.

I think I will try and bring her back to the vet this weekend.

I decided not to bring her back to the vet as she seems to be getting better.
The quality in the picture isn't great I will try to get more pictures later.
