My current correx is absolutly poo at the moment after Betsy decided to install her own window and because the base (C&C grids) isn't brilliant the 2mm correx has been useless. So for a good couple of weeks I've been looking out for 5mm/ 6mm correx (or even 4mm) but no where local sells it for a decent price and on line brings it to about the same price with P&P. So I've considering doubling (or possibly tripling) up on 2mm correx but wasn't so sure how well this would work as I've done it to smaller bits whilst making a ramp and they were still really flimsy. So has anyone doubled up and it is as good as the ready made 4mm correx? Ewww and what should I use to stick them them together? Are their any recommended glues?

Currently pretty desperate as their cage has had to be made smaller so they don't have an escape hole and I want to get it right this time so 6 months on I won't be making them another cage.

I have 2mm correx doubled up in my cage, it worked out alot cheaper and i haven't had any problems with it (: i just let them sit within each other as i was worried if i stuck them together it would be bad for the piggies eating it,

Ahhh brilliant thank you :) would you say it is a fair bit stronger than the 2mm's individually?
