If you have a double tier indoor hutch/cage can you post a pic?

Am considering this...

Hello :)

I have 2 three tier cages (same make as the 2 tier in the links) and I love them!

Easy to clean and my Peppa likes being on the top tier as if I have to move the cage (on wheels) he thinks he's a bus driver I'm sure!

Really great cages if you don't have a lot of space :)

This is it I feel space wise it'd be more sensible. I kno Billy would use a ramp as he lived in a penthouse appartment before I got him :(|)

I love a couple on zooplus sale but slightly too small ;/

Helloo! I have a 2 tier cage and here's some pics for you! I think its a good idea - if you can get into the bottom bit to clean it ok, as you can see from my pics i dont have much space between my bed and the cage but i still manage it but its a pain. It came with a huge wire top with another 2 of those wooden floor things and ramps, but it was way too high so i used some c&c wiring for around the top and it works A TREAT! You can also use the extra wooden floors and put them where, on my pic, the towel is and use it as another extra platfrom!

Anyway! Pigtures...!

At the moment i have just got a new boar so i have separated the top and bottom sections for a while. Where Barney is lying there is usually a ramp from that platform down above where barney is, and carpet on it but its eing washed today. Also, where that stick tunnel is on the top floor, is the entrance to where the middle tunnel goes down - but I'm using one of the ramps to cover the hole up at the moment. I had a tunnel made for the raamp, but i cant remember where from (ive also just folded it over at the moment so barn cant get up), and me and my grandad had to put all the sides on the ramps and wooden floors :)

I use megazorb for the bottom because for me where th ecage is, its really hard to change the fleece/towels because i have to unhook the whole cage, lift it off etc so for me its alot better using megazorb then it doesnt have to b changed as often as fleece would and saves me from back pain!

Oh and the measurements are 120x60 for each floor! I got this off ebay about a year and a half ago.

Hope that's helped :)

I just can't decide whether to keep my c&c & attempt it again or buy a new cage, I just don't like the c&c as much as I thought I would...

why not get the thicker correx 4mm its easier to shape, and use connectors as much as possible with your CC as it looks better and more stable with them ;) I posted in my thread where I bought my bits, it will be cheaper than a whole new cage now, you can do it! ;)

I did get 4mm I still mucked it up! I'm hopeless ;/ I will keep it... But it's gonna be hard to squeeze into my old bedroom when I move back home...

maybe keep it for now and review things when you move x
