My son is 4, he will 5 in July..... he started school last September. His class has been working hard on a shoe project, they have been looking at all different kinds of shoes like flip flops, trainers, ice skates, one that have laces, ones that have velcro and so on. They were putting on a show for parents and teachers and each child in the class had a line to stand up and say...... Aarons line was "WE ARE ALL WEARING DIFFERENT KINDS OF SHOES" I had practised this over and over with him. On the day he stood up and said "WE ARE ALL WEARING DIFFERENT KINDS OF SHOES AND IVE GOT BABY PIGGIES AT HOME"! I cried!!

I'm sure it will happen for you soon :)
Aaron was very much like the baby piggies, totally unexpected, totally unplanned for and shocking! I thought my family was complete, I had 3 older children that are now 16, 14 and 14 (twins) then aaron came along...... we then had another cause I felt cruel as Aaron was like an only child with such older siblings so thats how I got 5. They are all lovely and like animals they take a lot of time and energy but very rewarding. Sending baby dust your way - good luck! :D

I'm only 36 - 37 next week :o
My daughter Emily who is 16 leaves school week wed, we are VERY close, she is fab, now that she has changed from child to mini adult its a lot easier cause she helps out with housework, babysitting and so on. She is a fantastic kid and I'm very very proud of her!

I want to pick him up and give him a HUGE cuddle, that is sooo sweet :smitten: :smitten: :smitten:

Good on you for making the decision to have more, your decision and well done. I hate it when the family gets involved and says ' you having anymore?' and you've just had the first one :o :o :o BTW i know a girl who is to turn 40 i think later this year and she's just had her 13th child :o :o :o 10 boys and 3 girls :D :D :D :D

Oh my goodness what a little sweetie :smitten: my eyes filled up reading that!

Re more kids I think I will be more than likely to adopt rather than have another of my own. My daughter & I watch a programme in the morning on cable called 'Adoption Stories' and she is kind of getting the idea of it now - I think! I am very seriously thinking about fostering in about a years time. But as ever this all has to be looked into in depth.

Glynis 13 kids - good lord that just makes me want to run out of my own door!

I am the youngest of 9...... thats why we had Abbie cause there is a large gap between me and my siblings and I HATED it! It was like being an only child and I was very lonely, especially holidays and christmas so the decision to have Abbie was cause I didnt want to put Aaron in a situation that I have been in and hated!!

awww that was so sweet out of the mouths of babes ;D
I've got 5 kids as well Stuarts 25 Ryan 22 Liam 18 Joshua 13 and my one and only daughter Carrie anne is 11 we had given up after Josh but she was ment to be, and after 25 years of being mum I am happier with my pigs lol they dont back chat and dont give me any grief, when the kids argue or bicker or just get on my nerves I go and disappear down the sheds,

Don't give up Smileer,we had 10 years of infertility treatment befor we had Kelly,we had given up on having a family started going on holiday and living our lives,I started taking the pill as I have polycystic ovaries and my periods are unbearable, then I came down with a chest infection and was given antibiotics my GP warned me the pill would be affected, but I told him not to worry as I couldn't get pregnant, low and behold I found I was pregnant with Kelly, then 3 years later I was pregnant with Cerys and then when Cerys was 9months old I found I was 16weeks pregnant with Niamh,so don't give up :) :-*
