Does this sound okay to use instead of fleece?

They're called SHINEX Terry towels 10 pcs

Terry towel 10 pcs: Shinex terry towels are made of bleached white 100% cotton soft absorbent yarns. Pre-washed and ready to use right out of the package, these cloths are a proven and accepted mainstay for all cleaning chores in and around the household. Not only for cleaning and polishing all areas inside your home such as counters, floors and walls, these towels are tough enough to stand up to the cleaning needs in the work shop and automotive cleaning as well as using them in the garden or for cleaning all your outdoor furniture and fixtures. Highly absorbent, will not scratch any surface, these economical towels can be washed and re-used time and time again. An eco friendly alternative to wasteful paper towels.

I copy and pasted everything lol.

Sounds like these would be suitable for use under fleece or vetbed. the quality that fleece has is that it wicks away the moisture, so that the top stays dry. This is why you need an absorbent layer underneath it. Toweling alone, however absorbent, will not wick away moisture, just absorb it, so will feel damp. I use old nappies from when my children were small, plus old bath towels and mats, and these are great under fleece, but not nearly so good on their own. They also tend to smell a bit...

You can get fleece cheaply by the meter (150 cm width) from eBay, and I find that it is easy to deal with. I also use vetbed, but it is more expensive, and more difficult to wash. It is great for keeping clean in the cage though.

I coulnt find any on Ebay? And yeah, I planed on getting towels from the dollar store -c

Wait... you planned on getting towels from the dollar store?! You are confusing me! You need something to wick away the moisture away from piggies feet(fleece or vetbed). Then you need something absorbant underneath that(towels, those things you talked about earlier from homedepot, puppy pads, ect.). If there is no fleece or vetbed, the piggies will basicly be walking in their own pee, resulting in infections and urine scalds. I thought those were the facts, now I am just confused! :{

On the ebay UK site, fleece can be found under 'crafts' and then under fabrics. Alternatively, pound stores often sell v cheap fleece throws which can be cut to size.

The towels (etc) go under the fleece to absorb moisture. The whole lot will need to be washed regularly - frequency depends on preference, size of cage and no of pigs.

They sell fleece by the yard, they ship to Canada and there's loads of different types. I would avoid "micro fleece" as it's not very good for using as a cage liners in my experience. Put towels underneath.

I change my fleece every three days as any longer it would start to smell really bad.
