i would say as long as they use both levels then yes if not no lol. if you read the at the very bottom the internal measurements are actually slightly smaller than 5ft by 2ft.

I would say yes as well, as long as they use both levels. Just make sure you have an outdoor run for some of the daytime. Also make sure you have a water bottle, bowl on each level and some toys, in case of a bit of a fight.
