My baby Minnie is 3 years old and she’s always been very small. I feed her regularly everyday and she’s very picky about her pellets recently I’ve started to notice a dip in Her hips if I feel along her hips I can feel them but only when I apply pressure can anyone help me figure out what this is? Ps don’t mind the bedding I plan on washing her enclosure tomorrow E63E8031-D6C7-4195-AF59-4131746C7AF0.webp

We can’t tell from a picture.

What is her weight? As well as regular (weekly) weighing to ensure a constant weight or weight gain (ie not a loss), You also need to check her heft. If you can feel ribs but with a nice layer of fat on them then that is ideal. If you can feel ribs with no fat, then she is likely too thin.

Pellets are not important in the diet but It is essential that she eats lots of hay. Hay is the most important part and makes up the bulk of their diet.

Does she live with another piggy?
