Does my Guinea pig have bloat

So my male Guinea pig is already a big boy lol and when I went to feed my piggies their dinner I noticed his sides were a little distended . I picked him up and felt around and under his belly which he sat there an let me do this with little to no squeaking he’s not a very vocal piggy anyways but he seemed to not show any pain when I did this . He’s been eatting an drinking no problem he’s peeing an pooping normal to . I also read I’d the have bloat their eyes an noses would be leaking and there’s definitely none of that but I’m just worried because it says there very good at hiding pain and I don’t want my baby hurting so here’s a pic which kinda shows alittle of his sides

You cannot use eyes and nose leaking as a way to prove/disprove bloat.

If you suspect any bloat (which can be mild to severe) then you remove veg from the diet and see a vet.
