Does anyone know? I'm just wondering if I need to rotate my hay stack
Does hay go off / have a use by date?

No, provided it is stored properly but you will want to get the oldest supply used up first

No not really, it should be fine if it’s properly stored (not exposed to moisture, ideally not in completely open air, not in airtight bag/container, etc).
Make sure to check for rot and mold, if there isn’t any and the hay looks normal you should be fine. Just make sure not to feed hay that’s many years old.
