They're quite good but for better protection this one is better. It's on Amazon from Bunny Business for £33.99. It's 144 cm x 116 cm x 58 cm & also has a free sunshade. Much safer top. Here's the link:-

The link doesn't work, it just takes me to Amazon :(

I'm thinking about buying this run for Sammy & Lucky for when they go outside. It would also be used for my rabbits when I want them to stay in one place.
It looks like it's a good size and it's really cheap!

I'm just not sure if it's as easy to use as it says. Does it really take a few minutes to set up? :)
Large 8 Panel, Dog Puppy Rabbit Cage Run PlayPen, Guinea Duck Chicken Enclosure
I've got it, it's a really good big size.
Only thing is I had to put it into a square shape because I couldn't get the cover to fit it (I just use a big fleece pegged to the top to cover from the sun and birds etc)

Is it easy to put into a square?

And is it easy to fold away after using? I can't have it out all the time :(

Sorry for all the questions :D

Yeah it's really easy to use. It comes kinda like the c and c grids, just panels that you hold together with a long peg that goes through little holes.

I love it. It's really easy to use, except I found it difficult to put it into the shape the show you because you have to get it perfect or the cover that comes with it doesn't fit so I put it in a square shape and it's far easier.

I use a bit of tarpaulin or fleece pegged on for cover. When I use it indoors in my hall (narrow and long) I use it in a rectangle shape to fit. It's really easy to fold up and move. I've only got 2 piggies but you could easilly fit 3 or 4 in for grass/run time, maybe even more if they're closely bonded. :)

You only need to put the sun shade on so they have a choice of being in the sun or out of it. Then they can choose where to lay or graze. It doesn't need to, cover the whole thing x

I cover the whole top just incase a cat or something was about.
I don't ever leave them alone but just in case I wasn't looking and a cat or birds or something came down. Maybe I'm too over protective :P

I have several of the panel runs mentioned by @luckyandsammy . They are flexible in that I can have different groups in larger or smaller pens and move the panels into any configuration to match my patch of grass. They are easy to take apart and store - just come in individual panels with pins that run down the sides. I use them inside and outside but obviously they are not to be left without supervision as they don't have a proper metal mesh cover. I also have the one @Stewybus mentioned which is more secure but is a nightmare to get them in and out of as you can't easily get in to get them!

I just put their carrying case near the door & they just all troop out into it. Can even put it about a metre away & they will still go to their carrying case :) x

I have had this for two weeks I really like it I hope to build a 15ft by 15ft run this summer but I wanted something until such time, I give it the thumbs up I do put bricks round the bottom of each panel for extra security. Oh forgot to say I have 5 pigs in it.

Thank you for the pictures, they are really helpful! :)
It's good to know that someone is happy with it, I guess I will be ordering it when I get paid :)

That's great, I will have to fold it and put it in my rabbit shed after every use so I'm happy it can be put away easily :)
I would never leave them out in it alone, I just want it for when I want to take them out on the grass. I want to put them in a run because we have loads of flowers that are not piggy safe and I don't want them to eat them.

I looked at the other run and it does look secure but it seems like it would be harder to put away. It also seems a bit smaller than the one I mentioned and I want my rabbits to be able to go in it :)
Thank you for mentioning the "catching piggies" bit. Last year I had to ask people to help me catch them when it was time to go in so I don't want to be doing that again :D

:D I have two of the runs that @Stewybus has shown, only mine are painted black. There are little doors in the sides where I put the Trixie boxes. When I want to get my pigs in, I chase them into the boxes and shut the doors. I would agree with @luckyandsammy in that the metal runs are difficult to fold up, due to the roof being permanently attached to one side.

What are the trixie boxes?

Aw, how did you get them to do that? When mine are outside they run from everything so it's difficult to catch them :lol!:

@luckyandsammy The Trixie boxes are hides/shelters that you can team up with your run, providing your run has a small door, of the right size, in one side. I use them inside and outside.
This is the basic design. They come in slightly different sizes. You can get them from Amazon and some pet websites. Search; Trixie Natura.

They just started doing themselves. If you have a carry case with a door at one end just put it next to the gate & they'll show you how it's done :) x

I just take the 4 long pegs out of the corners & remove the sides then just fold the roof/front/back up x

@Stewybus Do you find that the roof sections won't fold completely flat?
I have found that I cannot assemble mine in the same way as in the picture on the box. When I try to do it that way, the panels don't fit together.

I wish I had enough space to build a run that big!

I have 2 of these runs, one much larger than the other. The large one has sides made of two hinged panels & the smaller one had one panel sides. Haven't had any problem assembling them though. I can usually assemble both in about 10 minutes & take apart in even less time x

Ohh I have seen these :D
I didn't realise that's what they are called :)

:D Mine only have one- panel sides and are awkward to put together. I have to stake the three single side panels upright using the long pegs, then somehow unfold and hold up the fourth side panel and two attached roof panels, unfold the roof panels, peg the fourth side onto the other three, then hook the roof panels onto the top of the sides. What a palaver!

I actually looked at this one in the shop.
It seemed quite straightforward, but the lack of a solid roof put me off - we have a lot of cats around and I just wouldn't trust the mesh top to keep the pigs safe.
