I roasted a leg of pork in my air fryer for the first time today. I have the best crackling I have ever made. I've loads left over and don't want to waste it. The only recipes I can find on line are American measurements and cups and stuff I don't understand! Anyone have any with British measurements Good old lbs and ozs or even in grams?

Mmm, crispy crackling, yumm!

The only thing I do with left over pork is either pork potato cakes or pork stroganoff, and I don't usually worry about precise measurements for either.

Pork potato cakes is roughly equal amounts of ground roast pork and mashed spud (or to taste) with some fine chopped onion and a pinch of herbs. Stroganoff I make the amount of sauce I want and then throw in the pieces of pork and simmer to soften it.

I usually make a Cottage Pie with left over pork. Your pork potato cakes sound yum!
