And if you're wondering what that furry black thing is ^^ It's my cat, Kevin :)

aw bless cute kevin!
Looks good, is it sturdy on teh stand? I just ask *** i have clumsy kids and worry they might knock it off, do you know what the overall height is of the 100 when stood on the stand (from the ground to the top of the 1st cage)
thanks for being so helpful! :)

Yeah I would say it is stable on the stand, just tried to push it with force and it didn't go anywhere however mine's on carpet so I'm not sure if you have laminate/tiled flooring etc as I think it's just the friction stopping it. The wheels don't have locks.. The cage is slotted in quite tight too so wont fall out.
The height with the stand is just under 94cms high, however you don't have to use the wheels if you don't want to I guess because they just push in to the ends. The wheels are just under 5cms in height once pushed in. So the overall height without wheels would be about 89cm.
:)

My ferplast 120 & stand is on laminate/wooden flooring, it does move slighlty but mines kinda packed in to a corner near the tv and kids toys so it's only got inches to move.
They are quite sturdy, mines recently been in storage in my garage and I've pushed the cage & stand from the garage up my path in to the house without it seperating.
The cage sits on a little ledge on the stand, but in my opinion they are good x.

I know it's not what you asked.... but I have two young kids and wanted something sturdy and reasonably childproof, I've just bought this http://www.zooplus.co.uk/shop/small_pets/hutches_cages/guinea_pig_cages/120_cm_cages/95923 where the cage is built into the stand, it was on offer for £59 so will probably be on offer again. I've taken the wheels off as I want it to slide under a counter, but it seems really sturdy and pretty sure the kids couldn't tip it etc

I have a Ferplast 120 cage and i have one of those stands for mine and I have found it really sturdy and mine moves around on carpets and also has locks on the wheels to lock them in place. I would recommend them if you buy any of the Ferplast cages. I have had mine years and it has lasted really well and still going strong.
