Sundae hates it when I clean out the cage... I typically do it during playtime/snack time. They can go in and out, I put down snacks, wait for them to go out, and then clean out the cage while they eat and wander around. Linney doesn't care, but Sundae will either not leave the cage if she knows what I'm up to, or will continually try to climb over me to get back in while I'm in the midst of cleaning it. She makes a real nuisance of herself running around my feet, standing on her hind legs against my legs to see what I'm up to, and always makes sure to be the first one back in so that she can drag her bum on everything and claim it as her own. She also really doesn't like changes when it comes to the cage... I tried to go to fleece awhile back and she freaked out and was very upset and wouldn't eat or settle down in the cage, so I went back to a paper-based bedding. Even at times when I've changed brands or colors she's been skittish or agitated about it. Fortunately we have now settled on a brand that we both like! Do any other piggies hate 'cleaning day,' or is it just Sundae?

Awww I think that's really cute- she just loves it the way it is! Little homebody! Mine don't get much say, as the run isn't attached to the hutch (unfortunately), but there is a lot of squeaking and interest while I'm doing it, and then they 'redecorate' once they're in by skidding about spraying shavings out onto the floor and headbutting tubes and hideys into position!
