I have a long haired cat. I noticed she had a lump of fur beggining to appear. She was sat nicely on my lap so i started trying to brush it out. Big mistake. She tried to rip my hand off! Now i have two cuts that are bleeding well, have put germelene(sp) and plasters on thumb and finger. And they bloody sting now. Thanks Mog! :D
Maybe Santa will forget to bring her pressies at x-mas, but he'l've prob forgot the vicious attack on her slave by then and bring her loads anyway! ::) ;D

Cats can be so spiteful can't they?! My Mums cat can be sooooo sweet and loving and then suddenly swipe for no reason at all other than ENOUGH NOW! Then settles back down, but beware not to touch her again!

we use to have a cat called purdey, and she use to bite when she get excited so you couldn't stroke her for to long for she would give you a love bite. >:D

LOL the same with out cat cos he's long haired too!

Plus another laugh for you;

Noticed lumps first appearing on him, being the neurotic mummy took him to the vets, oly to be told they were matted hair! 2funny dumb or what? LOL

No amount of grooming gets rid of them!

My rescue cat swipes you on sight for no reason at all, miserable old bag she is >:D, my boy cat is so laid back he is practically unconsious. 98)

ouch! they really hurt when they lash out don;t they. I ended up having to nic the blood bubble caused by my kitten with a scalpel the other day. Her claw went right in & along but it didn't rip the skin because the claw came out the same way it went in if you get what I mean. Because it was a deep cut with a small hole the blood just pooled under the skin Cats kick ass though!

Lol at you kelly! ;D
Not just my cat then, so all good cat owners should have battle scars then. Glad i ain't the only one. :D
