Do you need to spray water on Megazorb?

Have read somewhere that for it work effectively you are meant to spray it with water. Anyone else read that?

I have no idea, i dont use megazorb.

Ive never heard of spraying it with water from what ive heard about it. :{

Did it tell you why you spray it?

Not on Megazorb...
I've heard of people using sawdust pelts for horse bedding and spaying water on there to soften then up...
I use Megazorb and I just chuck it in the cage... I love the stuff...

No, in my opinion, don't spray water on Megazorb.

It is a highly absorbent bedding which soaks wetness very well and keeps the top surface quite dry.

I guess if you spray it before use it will already be wet.

I use this for all my piggies and I am very pleased with it. I think it is far better than woodshavings - so much kinder on little feet and has no oils in it.

Where did you heard about spraying water, just out of interest?

we use megazorb and never spray it with water. it is a great absorber without being sprayed. |)

They say the same thing about aubiose and hemcore, but I have used those for rabbits and never needed to dampen them.
