i bought one yesterday and put it in the cage now it wasnt long before one of them did a weewee in it and was sat in a puddle so out it came i put some hay and sawdust in it well that didnt work as they kicked it all out! so now i have a fleece covered in sawdust mallethead do you line yours with anything?

I have a couple of those. I place a fleece crash pad in mine and my girls just lay in it and pee on the fleece I only use them in cold weather though.

I have always been put off these for this exact reason, i use plastic steps as houses, mine love to hide under them and jump on them, they are only £1.29 from home bargains

Mine don't use them as much as their floor less hides. Like I say, I only use them in cold weather but mine live in a shed and last year, a hutch xx

I had these when I just had Amy and Cecile.
Goodness me! They loved it and it was like their no. 1 toilet!
They didn't last long though because they chew through them like crazy. I went through three and then decided to give up and buy them a wooden cabin instead.

I have one of these that I sometimes use, I change around the hideys when I clean the cage. I use cheapo facecloths folded in half in them and just change the cloth every 1-2 days, seems to do the trick.
